Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By booking my services, you (“you” or “the Client”) agree to be bound by the following:

1. Definitions

Service: any makeup application, including trial, touch‑ups, lashes, or consultations, as agreed.
Deposit: the non‑refundable advance payment to secure your booking.
Appointment: the date, time, and location at which the Service is to be provided.

2. Booking & Payment

Deposit

A total booking fee of €50 is required to confirm each Appointment.
This includes a 50% deposit of €25, which is deducted from your final Service fee.

Service Fees

Non‑bridal full makeup: €50
Bridal makeup: €150

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due on the day of the Appointment, in cash or via bank transfer.

Accepted Payment Methods

Cash, bank transfer, or major credit/debit cards (via secure link) - Revolut.

3. Travel & Location

I service clients within 10 km of Dublin city centre at no extra charge.
For locations beyond 10 km, a travel fee of €0.65 per km applies, calculated from Dublin city centre.
On‑site Requirements: A clean, well‑lit workspace and seating for the Client is required.

4. Lashes

Professional lashes are included as standard.
If you prefer no lashes, I will deduct €5 from your total fee.

5. Health, Safety & Hygiene

Patch Test: Clients with sensitive skin must undertake a patch test at least 48 hours prior to their Appointment.
Allergies & Sensitivities: You must inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before the Appointment.
Equipment Hygiene: All brushes, sponges, and applicators are sanitized before each use; disposable applicators are used where required.

6. Insurance & Liability

I hold full professional liability insurance covering all Services.
I am not liable for allergic reactions if you fail to disclose relevant medical information.
I reserve the right to refuse service if continuing could pose a health risk to you.

7. Cancellations & No‑Shows

No‑Show

Failure to attend without prior notice results in forfeiture of your deposit and a charge of 100% of the Service fee.

Free Cancellation or Reschedule

You may cancel or reschedule up to 10 days before your Appointment without penalty.

Late Cancellation (2–7 days’ notice)

If you cancel 2–7 days before, we will reschedule your Appointment, but the remaining 50% deposit becomes due to cover the full Service cost.

8. Late Arrival

Up to 15 minutes late: I will accommodate you where possible, but may need to shorten the Service or book extra time at full price.
More than 15 minutes late: Treated as a cancellation and subject to No‑Show fees.

9. Group Bookings (2+ People)

Each participant must pay the full deposit at the time of booking.
Cancellations incur fees per person, under the same terms as individual bookings.

10. Rescheduling Process

Email hi@glamann.ie with:

Your full name
Original Appointment date
Requested change (new date/time)

I will reply within 24 hours to confirm availability and any fees.

11. Client Conduct

Respectful Environment: I reserve the right to terminate the Service without refund if the Client behaves in an abusive or unsafe manner.
Punctuality: Clients are expected to be ready at the scheduled time to ensure timely service for all.

12. Intellectual Property & Photography

Makeup Looks: All makeup designs remain my creative property.
Photography: I may photograph finished looks for promotional use. If you prefer images not be shared, please inform me in writing before the Appointment.

14. Force Majeure

I am not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond my control (extreme weather, transport strikes, illness). Deposits may be transferred to a new date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
